Packages

Need the bartenders without all the extras? We’ve got you covered. The Buzz Crew provides professional, friendly bartenders to keep your guests’ drinks flowing and your event running smoothly.

Includes:

  • Professional bartending staff with basic bar tools

  • Drink service throughout your event

  • Bar setup & breakdown assistance

Please Note: Alcohol, mixers, ice, cups, napkins, straws, and other bar supplies are not included. Buzz Bar will provide a recommended shopping list based on your guest count and menu if requested.

Pricing: $75/hour per bartender

Our most popular package for weddings and other events. The Honey Bee strikes the perfect balance of style and service, featuring a curated cocktail menu and an elevated bar experience you will love.

  • Up to 3 Signature cocktails

  • Standard mixers + garnishes

  • Basic bar tools

The Queen Bee

The ultimate Buzz Bar experience. Designed for those who want a fully customized bar service that brings the wow factor. From signature cocktails to stunning presentation, we take care of every detail.

  • Premium mixers + elevated garnishes

  • Up to 3 personalized cocktails of your choice (i.e., bride & groom drinks)

  • Bar decor + personalization

*Starting prices are based on events with 75 guests or fewer and include one bartender for up to 4 hours. Larger events, additional bartenders, and/or longer events may increase the total price. Events over 100 people in size are required to book 2 bartenders.

    A stylish mobile bar setup to bring your event’s drink station to life. Perfect for venues without a bar or for adding an extra touch to your event.

    Make your toast picture-perfect with our champagne wall, complete with up to 75 disposable champagne glasses for your guests. A fun and stylish way to display champagne and add a statement piece to your event.

    Includes champagne wall rental and up to 75 disposable plastic glasses. Champagne is not included. Glass champagne flutes are available for purchase at cost and can be kept after the event.

  • Starting at $200

    Make every guest feel welcome with a bartender who can provide service in both English and Spanish, helping guests feel comfortable and keeping communication flowing throughout your event.

  • Starting at $100

    Give your guests something to sip on with a custom selection of refreshing, alcohol-free mocktails. We’ll create a curated menu of 2–3 signature mocktails tailored to your event and serve them with all the fun, elevated details.

    Includes custom mocktail menu and drink recipes. Ingredients, garnishes, cups, and additional bar supplies are not included.

  • Starting at $50

    Add a personalized touch to your bar with custom signage designed for your event. From signature drink names to welcome signs and menu displays, we’ll create a cohesive set that fits your event’s style.
